The week before her release, Betty* asked if we could connect when she got out of prison. We were able to lead her to a transitional home, where she earned her stay by serving in their café. We met weekly for about seven months, creating goals for her and praying for family restoration, a job, and an apartment. 

Four years later, Betty has since remarried, restored relationships with both her family and grown children, and has secured a job. We’re still connected with her and continue to celebrate God’s restoration of all things!
